Proj-x will assist in the project closeout and tenant turnover process of the development project. We employ detailed procedures and deliverables to include final development/utility plans and contractor warranty documentation to ensure a smooth transition with lenders, tenants, & property management vendors. Services offered but not limited to:

• Coordination of punch list inspections and completion

• Contracting close-out and retainage recommendations

• Submission of as-built and operational manuals reviewed and approved by the design consultants

• Provision of documented project binder(s) including warranties, final lien waivers, contact lists, as-builts, etc.
