Brian brings over 25 years of real estate development experience, focusing on the pursuit of mixed-use, retail, multi-family, and Spec. Industrial projects in the Southeast.

He built his career in the Charlotte commercial real estate market, performing a diverse range of functions including site analysis and selection, financial analysis, acquisition, entitlement, construction and property management. Brian has held lead key leadership roles in design and development for York Development Group & SunCap Property Group. He has developed over 2 million square feet of commercial space, including power centers, neighborhood centers and grocery-anchored developments.

Brian earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University. He is an active member of ICSC and ULI and served on ULI’s Young Leader’s Program Committee. His community involvement includes a position on the board of the Charlotte Morrison YMCA and he served as president of Charlotte Succession, a nonprofit organization that facilitates personal and community development through leadership and service. Brian is a member of Providence Country Club and enjoys spending time on the golf course and with his family.
